QPR players Joey Barton, Junior Hoilett, Jermaine Jenas, Tom Carroll, Matty Phillips and Charlie Austin dropped in on Jack Tizard School and Hillingdon Hospital recently to spread some festive joy.
The school, which assists pupils aged 2 -- 19 with a range of severe learning difficulties, is located directly beside Loftus Road and the squad continued an annual tradition of bringing gifts for those in attendance.
While it brought smiles to the faces of pupils and staff, it was also a very rewarding experience for the R's players.
